Our Workplace First Aid course covers NZQA unit standards 26551 – Provide First Aid for Life Threatening Conditions and 26552 – Demonstrate Knowledge of Common First Aid Conditions and How To Respond To Them.
After completing this course, you will be competent in the following areas:
- Scene/Patient Assessment
- CPR
- Choking
- Bleeding
- Shock
- Injuries; fractures, wounds, soft tissue injury
- Burns
- Accident Register
- First Aid without a First Aid Kit
- Medical conditions; seizure, diabetic emergencies, breathing difficulties, anaphylaxis, chest pains & stroke
- Scenarios based on industry/workplace
- Additional subjects as time permits.

Workplace First Aid training is available on our public courses and is also available as an onsite training course for a workplace requiring training for groups of 6+ employees.

This 6 hour first aid refresher training is to refresh and demonstrate knowledge and management of first aid situations and conditions.
This first aid refresher course is for those individuals that hold a current first aid certificate or one which has lapsed within 3 months of the individuals training date.
This course is to refresh unit standards 26551 & 26552 (and also unit standards 6400, 6401 & 6402).
Refresher First Aid training is available on our public courses and is also available as an onsite training course for a workplace requiring training for groups of 6+ employees.
Refresher First Aid Course dates for 2012:

This course is perfect for parents, grandparents, babysitters and caregivers and those who have responsibility for young children, including home-based educators.
After completing this course, you will be competent in the following areas:

- CPR
- Choking
- Bleeding
- Burns
- Anaphylaxis
- Poisoning
- Fractures
- Additional subjects as time permits.
This first aid course is available as an onsite training course for companies or groups requiring training for groups of 6+.
The 4 hour CPR course provides training on the skills required to perform CPR. Unit standard 26551 – Provide First Aid for Life Threatening Conditions.

The basic first aid short course (4 hours) will teach you the basic first aid skills you would require to assist in a first aid situation.
